He was predeceased by: his wife Mollie Schrock Lee; his parents, Largus Moore Lee and Jewel Charline Parsons; and his siblings, Charles David Lee and Louene Edwards.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Lee and Nancy Lee Hendrix; his children, David Lee (Jackie Brown Lee) and Stacey Lee Sanfilippo (Steve Sanfilippo); his grandchildren, Mollie Elisabeth Smith (Trevor Smith) and Wyatt Lee Taylor (Randi Taylor); and his great grandchild Kaden Lee Smith.
Perhaps Jack's greatest example of love was the devotion he showed to Mollie during her battle with Alzheimer's disease.
