James Daniel Speasmaker Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Daniel Speasmaker (Waco, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 6, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Philip A. Speasmaker; his father-in-law Carl Cummings; his niece Faith Cummings; and his aunt Jeanie Sides Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Speasmaker; his children, Hunter Speasmaker, Lane Speasmaker, Braelyn Speasmaker-Parkinson and Ashlynn Speasmaker; his son-in-law Kevin Parkinson; his mother Amerita Speasmaker; his in-laws, David and Terry Karr; and his grandparents, David Sides and Norma Kay. He is also survived by brothers, sister, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
