He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carruth and Viola Carruth; his sister Wanda; and his brother-in-law Artie Giotes. He is survived by: his son Patrick Allen Carruth (Kayla); his wife Vickie Bizzell; his daughter Amy Carruth Winkleman (Clifton); and his grandchildren, Haley, Emily, Dillon and Mabel. He is also survived by sister and brother in law, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
