He was predeceased by: his parents, Perrian Robert and Lotta Mae Millsaps; his former wife Nancy Ann Millsaps; his siblings, Zona Lucille Weaver and Robert Hugh Millsaps; and his great grandchild Nora Mae Collier.
He is survived by: his wife Fay Shans Millsaps; his children, Linda Dailey (Bruce), Robert Millsaps (Jureen) and David Millsaps (Kandra); and his stepchildren, Beckie Smith (Steve), Diane Sullivan (Bobby) and Becky Bordman. He is also survived by fourteen step-grandchildren; and fourteen step-great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Open Door (900 N Loop 340, Waco, TX 76705). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
