She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Miller and Margaret Miller (King); and her siblings, Richard Miller, Beverley Kosloski and Shirley Felice.
She is survived by: her former husband John Cox; her children, Janet and John; her husband George Johnson; her brother Edward Miller (June) of Springvale, ME; her brother-in-law Joe Felice of Holt, MI; and her children, Jackie Ochsner (Rick) of Grant, Denise Lee (Russell) of Madrid, Karen Malmkar (Kenneth Micheal) of Waco, TX, Keith Cox (Barb) of North Platte, David Johnson (Lisa) of North Platte and Chris Johnson (Maria) of Venango.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Nebraska Educational Television PBS and a nursing scholarship for MPCC.
