She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Lobdell and Velma Lusk Lobdell; her stepfather William Earl Davis, Jr.; her husband Max Noe; her brother William Earl Davis III (Norma Lee Davis); her daughter Roxanna Pierce; her niece Devona Lee Sledge; her nephew William Earl Davis IV; and her great-nephew Justin Ryan Reyna.
She is survived by: her children, Radney Lucko and Rhonda Bowdish; her grandchildren, Tania McDaniel, Thompson, Dylan Lucko, Brittany Milam (Brad) and Jeremy Osbourne; and her nephew Micheal Dean Davis (Veronica). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 2 great nieces.
