He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Kemp and Veda May Kemp (Wise); his brother Ralph Kemp; and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Karen Richardson (Billy) of Waco and Bruce Kemp (Kyle) of Houston; his grandchildren, Brian Richardson (Brenda) of Decatur, Alabama and Sarah Diab (Danny) of Houston; and his great grandchildren, Braelyn and Belle Richardson of Decatur, Alabama.
