He is survived by : his sons, Andy (Laura Leigh), Dana Mathis (late Phil Mathis), John (Tina) and Jay (Lydia); and his great grandchildren, Sarah Mathis, Stephen Mathis, Jarrod Mathis, Micah Mathis, Tyler Mathis, Lawrie Bomar (Jonathan), Karena Mathis, Annie Elequin (Nathan), Emma Spradley (Jeff), Grace Pittman (Collin), Matthew Mathis, Elizabeth Mathis, Eleanor, Emery, Jack Bomar and Eden Spradley.

I loved the times at Red River, the great hikes and time together with our families. I am so glad he is healed and with Jesus ,Phil ,and Pat again.
