Hightower; his brother Jay Hightower (Mary) of Joliet, Illinois; his children, Tangela E. Dixson-Pope of Hewitt, Tjade Deon Souder of Southfield, Donovan Leon Baxter of Cincinnati and Tracy Latrice Hightower of Hewitt, Texas; and his grandchildren, Devin Baxter, Alma Souder, Kristin Gomez, Asia Mungo, Domonique Baxter and Hylee Souder. He was also cherished by seven great- grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
