She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ghita and Wauline Ghita (Skinner); her husband Jimmie Milner; and her sister Brenda Gentry. She is survived by: her children, Jody, JoAnna (Terry), JaNette (Jim), Julie, Jimmie Jr. and Jonathan; and her brother Mike Ghita. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
