He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin Copaus and Edna Copaus; his wife Charlene Copaus; his brothers, James "Jimmy" Copaus of Waco and Donald Copaus of Livingston; his stepson Albert Williamson; his siblings, Melvin "Buddy" Copaus of Wolford, Betty Sue Morris of Pinehurst and Diana Sonnier of Clarksville; his son Jodie Copaus Jr.; his stepson Robert Williamson of Mt. Vernon; and his friends, Stephen and Jamie Wrigley of Clarksville.
