He is survived by: his birth mother Glenda Medlock of Brownwood, Texas; his son Joe G. Duncan, Jr.; and his sisters, Billie King (Miller) of Waco, Betty Bachtel (Mark) of Wills Point, Deanna Woolwine of Goldthwaite, Sandra Irwin (Allen) of Brownwood and Vicki McLaughlin (Pat) of Brownwood. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
