He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Seaborn Parker Jr. and Bobbie Louise Parker (Pruett); and his brother Jeffery Walton Parker. He is survived by: his sister Michele DiNovi (Rick); his sibling's children, Mary Logsdon (Tony) and Matthew DiNovi (Marissa); his uncle Jay Parker; his cousins, Stacy Roof and Nicole Hogan; and his friend Big Joe.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel (5201 Steinbeck Bend Dr, Waco, TX 76708). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
