He is survived by: his wife Nancy Dean Craine; his daughters, Kelly Craine and Amy Craine Davis (Mike); his sisters, Nancy Scott (Larry) and Sherry Glenn (Steve); his sister-in-law Barbara Martin; his grandsons, John and William Davis; his niece Leslie Twohig; his nephew Jared Thompson; and his pet Bubba. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Memorial donations may be made in John's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
