He is survived by: his wife Maria Laura Sanchez; his children, Laura Michelle Sanchez, Jorge Sanchez, Jr. (Jennifer) and Ricardo Sanchez (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Nathan Chambers, Dominic Sanchez, Victor Lalo Sanchez, Alayna Marie Sanchez, Ricardo Sanchez, Jr., Elijah Rafael Sanchez and Santiago Sanchez; and his siblings, David Sanchez Luna, Arturo Sanchez Luna, Irene Cortez, Reyna Sanchez Luna, Alma Vallejo and Rosalinda Sanchez Luna.

A rosary will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Lake Shore Funeral Home & Crematory (5201 Steinbeck Bend Dr, Waco, TX 76708). Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (2621 Bagby Ave, Waco, TX 76711). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 11:15 AM at the Rosemound Cemetery (3201 S 12th St, Waco, TX 76706).
