She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Kennymore Burns and Anna Eva Patrick Burns; her son Kim Burns Chappell; her husband Harry Howard Beyer; her siblings, Virginia Lee Burns Powers, Walter A. Burns and Dariel Burns; her son Mark Tracy Beyer; her son-in-law Gary Alan Boyd; and her sister-in-law Virginia Beyer Chappell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Chappell Marshall (Kenneth Randall Marshall) and Terri Chappell Boyd; her grandchildren, Graham Hampton Boyd and Amanda Anne Beyer; her great grandchildren, Dylan MichaelDunn, Angel Marie Huggins and Amaya Rodriquez; and her brother Scott Houston Forman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, she felt lost not being with her bridge partners.
