She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Wright and John Wesley Hornaday; her husband Robert G. Packard; her siblings, Maggie Hornaday, Virginia Bradberry, Benoid Hornaday and Dan Hornaday; and her niece Susan Hornaday.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, June Bierbaum of Warren, Nancy Hornaday of Little Rock, Linda West of Fordyce, Diane Mizell of Little Rock, Arkansas, Jerry Bradberry of McMinville and Jimmy Hornaday of Fordyce, Arkansas; her great-niece Dr. Anna Myers (David Myers) of Woodway; and her friends, Greta Watson, Rick, Carolyn Brophy, Ben, Kathy Hagins, Larry, Kim Smith, Truett, Julie Webster, Michael and Karen Baldwin.
