She was predeceased by: her daughter Natalie Smith; her parents, Rufus Thrasher and Eva Lena Thrasher; her brother Glenn; her sister-in-law Lana Thrasher; her nephew Jason Thrasher; her sister Elizabeth; and her brother-in-law Keith Hague.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Shaw Sr.; her son Charles Shaw Jr.; her sisters, Gloria Turnage and Wanda Mason; her grandchildren, Zach, Kassie Fitzhugh, Kymber Shaw, Tanner and Josey Shaw; and her great grandchildren, Bentley, Jase Fitzhugh, Aurora, Enzo and Briar Shaw.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bellmead Funeral Home (809 La Clede St, Waco, TX 76705). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rosemound Cemetery (3201 S 12th St, Waco, TX 76706).
