With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise Black of Waco, Texas, who passed away on August 27, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George David and Gail Shiner Sharp; her siblings, Minnie Mae Whyburn (Sis), Erma Polk (Tot), Larry Sharp and John Sharp (Sonny); and her stepson Craig Black.
She is survived by: her husband James Calvin Black; her siblings, Jim Sharp (Mary) of Robinson and Linda Bland Sharp of Waco; her children, Randy Nehring (Tammie) of China Spring and Tena Nehring-Herod of Robinson; her daughter-in-law Sherry Black of West; her stepdaughter Becky Black Marquez (Steve) of Waco; her grandchildren, Kayla Nehring Brown (Trent), Kelli Nehring, Nickolas Herod (Gregoria), Jeremy Herod (Molly), George Herod (Klarisa), James David Black (Amber), Courtney Fernandez Olivarez (Jaime) and Taylor Fernandez Hill (Steven); and her great grandchildren, Cullen, Davy Helen Brown, Clara, Kylar, Johnie Lee, Lucas Herod, Everett and Adaline Black. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
