She was predeceased by: her parents, Robbie Belcher and William Belcher; her son Stanton Younce; and her husband Dean Burkett. She is survived by: her children, Sara Sexton, Sandra Taylor and Michael Sexton; and her siblings, Marilyn Sexton and Tommy Hickman. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Columbus Avenue Baptist Church (1300 Columbus Ave, Waco, TX 76701).
