He was predeceased by: his parents, L. T. Weaver (Preach) and Margaret Weaver; his brother David Weaver; and his daughter Angela Beth Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Dee Ann Runyon Weaver of Waco, TX; his children, Kellie Carlson (Lyndell) of Stephenville, TX, Kris McCleery (Ben) of Stephenville, TX, Kyle Weaver (Jackie) of Waco, TX and Ashley White (Daniel) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Seth Reding of Stephenville, TX, Lane Carlson of Stephenville, TX, Chase Carlson of Stephenville, TX, Jordan McCleery of Stephenville, TX, Morgan McCleery of Stephenville, TX, Jake Weaver of Liberty Hill, TX, Zachary Weaver of College Station, TX and Jessica Nelson of Austin, TX; and his sisters, Carole Clark of Azle, TX, Ann Kennedy of Hedley, TX, Barbara Todd (Roy) of Canadian, TX and Jeanne Ware of Waco, TX.. He is also survived by Eight great-grandchildren.
