He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dulock and Lillian Dulock (Stuchly); and his friend George Krupa. He is survived by: his cousin Tracy Dulock Taylor (Henry); his daughters, Eloise Rose, Rebecca Lynne and April Dulock Swift (Wylie) of Brownsboro, TX; his grandchildren, Tara, Josh, Linda, Wylie Jr. and Bill; his children, Lance Haltom of Elk and Desiree Sosa (Adrian); his grandchildren, Aubree and Kenzlee of Lacy Lakeview; his children, Darren and Lisa McKethan of Elk; his grandchildren, John Mark, Presley and Will (Kaitlyn); his children, Trevor and Kem Wardlaw of McGregor; his grandchildren, Patrick, Brett and Tory; his children, Basil, Frances Margiotta of Marlin and Wanda Cornell of Mart; Richard Alexander and Mary Elizabeth (David Yingst).

Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elk; Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waco or the Elk Volunteer Fire Department.
