He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd B. Lucas and Anna Belle Tennison Lucas; his wife Dede Lucas; and his son Mike Lucas (Talladega). He is survived by: his daughter Shawnna Latino (Chad); his granddaughters, Bailee Norris and Alexa Lucas; his sister Loy Lenamon (Jerry); and his sister-in-law Gloria Lucas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Lake Shore Funeral Home (5201 Steinbeck Bend Dr, Waco, TX 76708).
