He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Williams and Susie Spears Williams; his siblings, Evander Williams, Willis Williams Jr., Harry Williams, Rebecca Williams and Doris Williams; his sons, Walter Tates, Ezra Williams, Evander Williams and Wesley Wilkins; his wife Ada Mae Tates Williams of Bryan, TX.; L. Green.
He is survived by: his children, Susie Williams (Dale) of Lubbock, TX, Robert Williams of Bryan, TX, Ada Williams of Montgomery, Victoria Williams of Bryan and Gloria Williams (Pastor M. L. Walker) of Waco, TX; his grandchildren, Artis Wilkins, Joyce Anderson, Robbie Hawkins and Wesley Wilkins; and his daughters, Artis Wilkins, Joyce Anderson and Robbie Hawkins of Austin, TX. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 54 great grandchildren; and 12 great great grandchildren.
