She was predeceased by: her parents, E. K. McClain, Sr. and Ila Irene Miller McClain; her siblings, E. K. McClain, Jr., Mary Emily Cason, Ila Louise Workman, Wanda Jane Gardner and Myrtle Ann Frizzell; and her in-laws, Clemmie McClain, George Cason, Cravon Workman, Lewis Gardener, Charles Buddy Frizzell, Wayne, Ann Williams and Loverna Bethke Tucker.
She is survived by: her friends, Alice, Charlie Staggs, Myrna and Roz Milnes; her son John Strait Williams (Gene) of Grayling, Michigan; her grandchildren, Ila Marie Jofre (Rodrigo) and John Strait Williams II (Andrea); her great grandchildren, John III and Madeline; her grandson Robert Gradl Williams (Joy); her great grandchild Meredith; her granddaughter Mary Margaret Alspaugh (Jake); her great grandchildren, Molly and Jacob; her granddaughter Sarah Viola Bane (Mark); her great grandchildren, Asher, Viola and Alice; her grandson Joshua LaDow; her daughter Ila Jane Williams Tucker (Bobby); her grandson Bobby Jr. (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Apollo Ray and Neptune June Bloom; her granddaughter Gretchen Andry Reynolds (Frederick); her great grandchildren, Yarden Andry and Ayelet Clementine; her grandson John Christopher Andry (Alicia); and her great grandchildren, Blake Salome and Brooks McClain.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home (6101 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the White Hall Cemetery (7600 Fresno Rd, Woodway, TX 76712).
