Nelta Phillips Rea Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelta Phillips Rea (Waco, Texas), born in Pendleton, Texas, who passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Phillips and Avis Phillips; her husband Murrel Rea; and her siblings, Dee Coker and Rex Phillips.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Nelson (James) of Allen, Texas, Barbara Pope of Carrollton, Texas and Randy Rea (Carol) of Midland, Texas; her grandchildren, Keith Nelson, Kevin Nelson, Lindsay Nelson, Jason Pope, Justin Pope, Jeffrey Pope, Taylor Rea, Ainsley Rea Olsen and Britton Rea Gonzales; her brother Frank Phillips (Jodi); and her sister-in-law Yvonne Phillips. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
