He is survived by: his parents, John Ebertz and Lana Ebertz; his wife Sandra Brooks; his children, Nicholas Ebertz, Jr., Haley, Phillip Ebertz, Cristina, Kali Ebertz and German; his granddaughter Adriana Marie Ebertz; his stepfather John Murphy; and his siblings, Dominic Ebertz (Missy), Jonathan Ebertz, Jon Murphy (Michele), James Murphy (Melissa), Robert Murphy and Dawn Stokes (Ryan). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
