He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Fowler, Sr. and Sadie Cox Fowler; his sister Rebecca Robinson; and his sister-in-law Maxine Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Etheredge; his daughters, Barrett Fowler and Kathryn Elliott (Connor); his grandchildren, Danniella Thien, Keira Perkins, Lavinia Elliot and Scarlett Elliott; and his siblings, David Fowler and Lisa McLaughlin (Kevin).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home (4765 Priem Ln, Pflugerville, TX 78660).
