Phillip leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Phillip’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his father Jesse Palacios; and his sister Nichole Palacios. He is survived by: his mother Becky Palacios; his brother Jesse Palacios, Jr.; his children, London Palacios, Anthony and Lauren (Jose Figueroa); and his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Jose Jr. and Evelyn. He is also survived by his niece, nephew, two great-nieces, and two great-nephews.
