“Mr. Perry was the Assistant Principal at Waco High when I met him. He ALWAYS had a smile on his face, as I heard the Superintendent say. He knew the students and their history, he was up on what was going on in their lives. I NEVER heard him lift his voice, so I was surprised to know he was a Referee. The quality that I can never forget about Mr. Perry was how laid back, happy and kind he was to ALL students. He was such a quiet force in the background, but always available for help. Blessings,”
