She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Moreno and Anzelma Moreno; her brothers, Pete Moreno and John Moreno; her grandson Gary Guerra Jr.; her brother Ramon Moreno; her son Gary Guerra; and her sisters, Trini Rodriquez and Gladys "Chelo" Rivera.
She is survived by: her husband Rodney Mayhew; her brother Marcelino Moreno; her children, Yolanda Velasquez (Jose), Mack Guerra Jr. (Gloria), Johnnie Guerra (Dominga), Perry Guerra (Delvia), Carl Guerra (Angelica), Dianne Zapata (Abram) and Scott Mayhew; and her daughter-in-law Jennifer Lawrence Guerra (Gary Guerra Sr.). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
