He is survived by: his wife Helen Lois Carroll Frank; his daughter Cynthia Frank Hayes (Terry); his grandchildren, Bradley Burlin Frank (Catalina), Luther Brown III (Katy) and Tara Brown Hall (Jake); his stepgrandchildren, Riley Hayes (Apryle) and Sophie Hayes Wallace (Sam); and his great grandchildren, Rowe, Milo, Luther V Brown, Luke, Beau Hall and Ophelia Hayes.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home (6101 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710).
