He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Howard and Nellie Daily (Duncan); and his brother Thomas Wesley Daily. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Daily of Waco; his sons, Ryan Daily (Katie) of The Woodlands and Russell Daily (Wyndi) of Crawford; and his granddaughters, Caroline and Madeline.
