He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Halbert and Willie Halbert (Patti Halbert). He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Jim Halbert (Alicia), Mynda Residori and Rebecca Chapman (William); Mary Farney. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
