He is survived by: his daughter Barbara De La Rosa (David); his grandchildren, Kevin B. Payne (Tara), Michael B. Payne (Amber), Christina Martinez and Brandi Stone; his great grandchildren, Addyson, Addilynn, Annzley, Rosie, Ruby, Eric, Josiah, Kaitlyn, Elizabeth, Alex, Kinsley and Sophia; and his sister-in-law Mary Stone. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
