He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Kunze and Emma Kunze; his former wife Marian Ann Kunze; and his siblings, Mary Lou Jahnke, Paul G. Kunze and John Kunze (Freddie).
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Gregory Kunze (Diane), Jeff Kunze (Amy) and Valerie Howard (Barry); his siblings, Shirley Flores (Rudy) and James Kunze (Sue); his stepchildren, Clint Wolske (Kari), Clay Wolske (Sheryl) and Christy Sharp (Alan); and his granddaughters, Whitney Washburn (Jeff), Lindsey Sternberg (Rodger) and Macy Kunze. He is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and many cousins, nephews, nieces, and numerous step-grandchildren.
