He was predeceased by: his brother James Howard; his wife Linda Sue Duke Howard; his daughter Stacy; and his brother Clayton Howard. He is survived by: his close friend Heaven. He is also survived by three children, one brother, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bellmead Funeral Home (809 La Clede St, Waco, TX 76705). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
