He is survived by: his wife Martha Kopecky; his son Shawn Kopecky; his stepchildren, Carla Shelburne (Chuck), Lisa Chavarria and Shannon McCoy (Melonie); and his siblings, Larry D. Kopecky, Shirley Wilde, Nancy Bone and Linda Saulters. He is also survived by seven step grandchildren and 15 step great-grandchildren.
