He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Marion Neill and Gertrude Stitz Neill; and his wife Frances. He is survived by: his children, Bob and Frances; his grandchild Robin Kay Neill; his children-in-law, Craig and Marlene; his children, Robin (Craig Deihl) and Terry (Marlene); his sister Sandra (Carl Geer); his nieces and nephews, Mike Geer (Cindy), Billy Geer, Amber Smith (Matt), Holly Jackson (Mike), Theresa Schmunsler (Brian) and Eric Powell (Kathy); and his close friend Terry Ann McDonald.
