He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Skinner and Wanda Skinner; and his brothers, Larry and Gary Skinner. He is survived by: his wife JoEllen Skinner; his sons, Micah Skinner (Michele), Tyler Skinner (Elizabeth) and Brady Skinner (Raven); and his grandchildren, Brody, Rory and Autumn Grace.
