She is survived by: her son Brett Contreras (Ashley); her grandsons, Mathias Contreras and Elias Contreras; and her siblings, Barbara Engel (Barry), Gary Fowler (Lisa), Terry Fowler (Carla) and Bert Echterling (Charis). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
