He was predeceased by: his father William David Higginbotham. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Darline Higginbotham; his brother Jason Higginbotham; his son Jonah Andrew Higginbotham (Erica); his granddaughter Elliot Higginbotham; and his caregiver Dana. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
