He is survived by: his wife Peggy McCollum; his children, Kristy McCollum Helm (Dean Kerr), Matthew McCollum, Jamie Voyles (David) and Azariah McCollum; his brother Terry McCollum (Michelle); his sisters-in-law, Janice McCollum and Billie Chapman; his mother-in-law Patricia Kosar; and his caregiver Michelle Trout.
