It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby R. Watkins (Waco, Texas), born in Thornton, Texas, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Nelson Watkins; her parents, James Ray Williamson and Lena Mae Williamson; and her siblings, Boyd Warner Williamson and Willie Fay Vardeman.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Watkins (Sharon) of Spokane, Washington and Nelda Glosson (Lonnie) of Waco; her grandsons, Lonnie Ray Glosson (Alyssa) of Whitehouse, Texas and Larry Glosson (Jana) of Tyler; and her great grandchildren, Andrew Glosson of Tyler and Nathan Glosson of Tyler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
