With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rufus Leon Wallace Sr. of Waco, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 13, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cady Frank and Edna Lee Wallace (Blankenship); his wife Geraldine E Ross; and his son Johnny Wallace. He is survived by: his children, Rufus Leon Wallace Jr. (Brooke) of Robinson, TX and Sharon Wimberly of Coppel, TX; his grandchildren, Ashley Romero (Kyle), Austin Wallace, Tessa Vaughan (James), Ty Croford, Travis Wimberly (Glenda), Tessa Duke (Michael), Matthew, Zachary, Caitlin and Jack Wallace; and his great grandchildren, Carter Wallace, Elijah Vaughan, Waylon Wallace, Saylor Wallace, Alister Wimberly and Miles Wimberly.
