He is survived by: his mother Carol Ann Miller; his uncle Ray Miller; his brother Chris Baty (Yvonne); his nieces and nephews, CJ and Zoey; his brothers, Casey and Crockett of Colorado; and his children, Matthew, Kayli and Kendell.
