He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Watkins and Allie Faye Watkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Rita Taylor (Hoppy Eason) of Meridian, Joel Watkins and Dale Watkins of Cookville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
