She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Graham Proctor and Carol Sue Meitzner; and her son James Raines. She is survived by: her husband Jim Raines; her sons, Brian E. Raines (Bevin Barker Raines), Johnny Raines (Jessie Skaar) and Eli Raines (Amy Raines); and her brothers, Michael DeGraw, David DeGraw and Daniel DeGraw. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Et St. Paul Episcopal Church (224 N East Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
