He was predeceased by: his parents, Zadie Maricle Koerth and W. B. Koerth; his wife Linda Kelly; and his siblings, John Gary Koerth, Marion Koerth Herring and Patsy "Pat" Koerth Ostrom.

He is survived by: his siblings, Rosemary Clemmons and L. D. Koerth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Golinda Baptist Church or St. Jude's Children's hospital.
