He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Hernandez and Antonia Hernandez; the mother of his children Martha Lopez Hernandez; his children, Arnold and Stella Hernandez; his siblings, Margarita Vasquez (Santos), Amelia Gilchrist Andrea (Don), Maria Antonia Cantu and Julian Hernandez Jr.; his sons, Ted Jr. and Anthony Hernandez; his grandchildren, Mike, Isaac (Erica), Adrian, Katelyn, Steven and Joanna Henandez-Sampson; and his children, Isaac, Lillyanna, Jaylynn, Gabriella and Noah Matthew Sampson.
He is survived by: his sisters, Teresa Guerra and Ernestina Rosas (George); and his sister-in-law Tina Hernandez (Grace Resendez). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
